Die Räume und die Villa selbst sehen gut aus. Aber beim zweiten und genaueren Hinsehen gibt es viele Probleme. In jedem Raum war Schimmel und Kakerlaken. + Bondang ist das beste + Gute Sauberkeit – schade, dass es nirgendwo einen Platz gibt, wo alle zusammensitzen können
Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen!
Die Villa ist sehr günstig gelegen. In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand und sie liegt zwischen der Universität in Jimbaran und Canggu, wo es so viele fantastische Restaurants gibt. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig saubergemacht. Das Personal und der Manager sind auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine große Küche die nicht die beste ist, aber Sie werden sie nicht brauchen, denn es lohnt sich viel mehr, in den tollen und leckeren Restaurants um Seminyah und der Gegend rundherum essen zu gehen. Die ältere Dame im Poolhaus ist auch sehr freundlich und man bemerkt sie nach einiger Zeit gar nicht mehr. Für Leute, die in einer ruhigen Gegend nahe des Zentrums von Seminyah bleiben wollen, ist dieser Ort einfach perfekt.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft
Das Personal und der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Seminyak und Kerobokan. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Traumvilla – für mich!
Ich habe schon in vielen Villen in Bali übernachtet und bin total froh, diesmal in der Villa Rajawali übernachtet zu haben. Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die erneuert werden könnten und sollten, aber die Villa ist sehr günstig gelegen, die Atmosphäre ist super und man spart eine Menge Geld (weil ein Scooter mit dabei ist!) und man fühlt sich durch den balinesischen Stil der Villa sehr mit dem Land verbunden. Der Hausbesitzer und seine Familie tun wirklich alles für einen und sie sind eine der gutherzigsten Personen, die ich jemals getroffen habe! Ich würde auf jeden Fall hierher wiederkommen, weil die Villa für die letzten vier Monate mein zu Hause geworden ist.
Beste Gegend/Bestes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Villa Kajawali sehr genossen. Ich würde hier definitiv wieder übernachten! Für einen kleinen Preis bekommt man hier echt viel: einen Scooter, einen tollen Pool, einen super Hinterhof mit Garten und noch dazu die allerbeste Lage. Die Villa liegt nahe Canggu (der Ort schlechthin) und dem Belawa Strand. Zur Uni braucht man ein bisschen mehr Zeit. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen balinesischen Stil. Ja, die Räume sind nicht allzu modern aber man spürt den echten balinesischen Stil. Noch dazu hat man den coolsten Hausbesitzer, der direkt vor der Villa wohnt, ein Auge auf alles hat, total nett ist und bei allem hilft! Das einige, was verbessert werden könnte, ist der Wasserdruck der Dusche, aber das ist auch wirklich schon alles. Deshalb lohnt es sich hier zu übernachten! Man wohnt in einer wunderschönen Villa, in der jeder seine eigene Privatsphäre hat, aber man sich auch im schönen Hinterhof-Garten zusammensetzen kann.
Der Aufenthalt in Villa Oasis hat mir sehr gefallen
Ein Drucker, der von allen genutzt werden könnte, wäre gut und richtige Bettdecken. Mehr Schüsseln am Frühstück wären nicht schlecht und richtige Liegen am Pool auch.Wenn ich kann werde ich bestimmt wieder hierherkommen. Solange werde ich die Villa Oasis und das Personal in meinem Herzen behalten.
Würde wieder hier übernachten
Toller Ort. Ayu und Manfred sind immer da um einem zu helfen. Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen.
AsiaExchange entspannt und reibungslos
Zusage kam innerhalb von 24h. Unterlagen kamen rechtzeitig an und auch vor Ort war über den Welcome-Abend über div. Events bis hin zur Abschluss Zeremonie alles gut organisiert und bei Problemen konnte man sie immer super schnell via Whatsapp erreichen.
Home away from Home!
I can only recommend staying at Villa Oasis because you feel at home there from the moment you walk in. I chose the villa because it was possible to book only one room instead of the whole villa and I am so so happy I did! I have to say that the villa is way more beautiful than it looks like on the pictures. It is super charming with it's Balinese style and beautiful doors and bathrooms. The rooms are very big and the bathrooms are one of the nicest I have seen so far. All the 3 parts (the 2 villas and the studios behind) have their own fully fitted kitchen with a big table to sit on and a toilet for guests what is pretty nice when you're having a party at the villa and you don't want to let all the guests using your private toilet. Another thing I want to emphasize is the washing machine. I'm sure guys won't care about giving their stuff to the laundry but us girls always used the washing machine because things got smaller als smaller after every washing at a laundry ;). The location is super super nice, quiet but close to everything that's important. The neighborhood is green, quiet and safe and the only thing you can hear in the smaller of the two villas are the dogs at night. I was also very happy about the two safes as many villas don't have that. The nearest beaches are berawa beach or batu belig beach - round about 10 minutes by scooter using the shortcut. Doing so you also only neee 10-15 minutes to canggu and it's awesome cafes. Our campus was in Jimbaran, so depending to the traffic and your way of driving you need 30-40 minutes to university. Manni and Ayu live right next to the villa (with a connecting door) and are helpful and kind in every single way. I really loved living here and can only recommend it!

+ Really nice villa perfect environment close to all important places + nice rooms + good bakery as a neighbour + villa is always clean + cleaning staff is doing a good job really good communication with stuff from study-in-bali.com - sometimes problem with electricity - communication with the owner must be improved - electricity charging is not transparent enough
Nice place, close to campus
I really like the accommodation due to its location. It is close to the campus in case classes are canceled. There are 4 residence of whom only 1 speaks English but that works fine. The room standards are higher than other accommodations I have seen. The kitchen can be used but due to cheap prices at restaurants there is no need to cook. All in all a good place to stay.
I would stay here again!
Villa Moonah was perfect for our study abroad and I would definitely come back. Nice owner, sweet cleaning lady, awesome pool and really big & bright rooms. The only thing is the bad wifi. Most of the time I couldn't even get connected to the wifi. But all in all I really fell in love with Villa Moonah!
Perfect villa for semester abroad
Villa Moonah is located near the university and in the south of Bali, where you have also a lot of beautiful beaches. The party spots are a little bit more far. The view is amazing (in the evening you can see beautiful sunsets and in the morning you can see the mountains and volcano). We didn't know that the cleaning woman also lives in the villa, which would be good to know in advance. She cleans your rooms every day and is very nice. The pool was also amazing and most of the time very clear, otherwise it was no problem to tell them to clean it. Unfortunately you have to pay per night if a friend is staying over night. The WIFI was working good in the beginning but in the end it was useless because we did not have access anymore in our rooms (at least in the 1st level). In the time I stayed there I felt like home and the villa was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Really liked to stay in DC Villa
It is very nice to have your own bathroom. The rooms are big and beautiful. Cleaning lady daily and she does everything for you (cleaning shoes etc.) also the swimming pool is nice to take a jump after uni. There is a very good bakery and restaurant next to the villa. Unfortunately the owner is not so nice. Study-in-Bali.com also tries to fix all the problems but a lot of unfair things happened.
The cocktail between pros and cons
First of all, Study-in-Bali.com always helped whenever there has been a requests, via email or WhatsApp. secondly, the accommodationist nice the mix between having its own room and bathroom but the shared living room and kitchen is very cool.also nice and big pool. Thirdly, we had some discussions with the owner, where he had the feeling we got stuck somewhere. Especially when problems occur the spoken and written language plays an important role. Unfortunately, the owner was not able to communicate fluently and misunderstood or didn't even understand. So many students come here, a proper English level should be expected and required.
I would stay here again!
I really liked to stay at DC Villa because everything was okay. We all had our own room and bathroom and that was very relaxing because you can go to your room whenever you wanted to. Also liked it that there was a cleaning lady every day. Overall I really love staying at DC Villa.

Pros and Cons of Nakula Villas
The pool is amazing and clean. The Wifi should be better. It is slow and doesn't work all the time. Also there is no private network in the villa so the security of the internet is really poor. There is mold inside the rooms so there is no clean air. People may breath worse because of that so it is a big issue because it is related to people's health. Staff is very lovely and the location is great. The outside area is really nice and comfortable. There is lots of space!

Our villa was very nice and lovely place to stay during our exchange semester. Rooms are very spacy and the place is beautiful. Excellent location. The staff is very friendly and kind. The cleaning days varied little bit every week. Great pool!
Great space, service and pool
Big rooms and great pool. Staff was very nice and smily. Wifi was fast but didn't work well all times. Some weird smell in big bathroom (mold?). All in all I had a great time in Nakula Villas.
