Still it’s at the same time protected from too much noise or disturbance in a quiet and secure housing complex. The Roca is therefore really close to the beach, restaurants and stores.
The Roca is only 7 minutes away from Seminyak beach for the best sunset spot in La Plancha / Double Six Beach. It takes about 5 minutes driving by scooter to Kuta Nightlife (Engine room, LXXY night clubs, Surfer Bar, Skygarden, Mama’s etc). The complex provides 6 studio rooms and 2 units of one-bedroom Villas which can host 2 people respectively. Both of the units come kitchen set, ensuite bathrooms and safety box in each room. The villa complex provides its own long swimming pool and sun beds to enjoy the Bali sun. Comfortable space for gathering and doing laptop work is also provided in the common area, where you can find bean bags, tables and sockets to make use of the fine fiber optic WIFI.
