Villa Beo
Wir hatten eine echt gute Zeit hier, es wurde sich bestens um alles gekümmert, und die Villa ist wirklich schön.
Wir fühlen uns wohl
Die Villa ist super - wir fühlen uns wohl! Sehr guter Service, freundliches Personal hier im Village. Sehr komfortabel, der Sicherheit wird ebenfalls genügend Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, wir fühlen uns sicher hier. Öfters musste mal etwas repariert werden, aber das Instandhaltungs-Team war immer schnell zur Stelle, um dem nachzukommen.

Eine Erfahrung wert!
Baustellenlärm Wasser geht ab und zu nicht, wird dann aber immer wieder repariert schmutzige Bettwäsche, auch wenn sie gewechselt wurde Wlan am Anfang nicht nutzbar, mittlerweile aber gut
Insgesamt zufriedenstellend, trotz kleiner Mängel
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Villa schön, geräumig und sauber. Bei genauerer Betrachtung gibt es große Spalte über den Fenstern, dreckige Stellen z.B. an Duschen, Ecken, usw. Durch die vielen Baustellen wird das sonst schöne Umfeld gestört. In der Villa wird es durch die schwache Dichtung und z.B. Glasdach sehr heiß, aber die Klima funktioniert gut. Ich wünsche mir noch ein paar Liegen für den Garten und einen saubereren Pool. Insgesamt würde ich für die Villa etwas weniger verlangen, aber insgesamt bin ich zufrieden.

Gut: Lage, nach bei Kuta, Canggu, Strand in 3 Minuten erreichbar Unterkunft nicht direkt an der Straße Schlecht/verbesserungswürdig: Baustelle ist laut, öfter kein Wasser im Haus (ca. 7x), mangelhafte Küchenausstattung, Bettwäschenwechsel nur nach Aufforderung (und selbst zahlen), Pavillon nicht nutzbar, Pool oft schmutzig, WLAM im September nicht funktionsfähig, weite Entfernung nach Jimbaran zur Universität

- perfect villa for students - located close to Canggu, Seminyak - around 45min to University - big rooms - nice pool / outside area - another big student villa next door (Villa Nuri) , perfect for pool parties - numerous spots to chill (2 terraces, one balcony, one pavillon All in all a cheap and recommendable student accommodation

study abroad in Bali
I stayed in this villa with 5 other persons for one semester at the Udayana University. The villa is really nice, it offers enough space. It is okay to stay with 6 persons but within a few weeks you wish to have more space in your room. So you should think about it twice if you want to share a room for such a long time. The rooms are clean and offer enough space for all your clothes and other stuff. There are two other villas in the neighbourhood, one is rented to other students. There is one pool which is shared with the others houses. It is cleaned every now and then, so you can go there for a swim without problems. :) All in all I would recommend the villa because it has everything you need and it is close to the beach.
