Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, live chat, offline messages, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Forwarding bookings to partners by email, phone, message
- Reconfirming bookings to clients by email, phone, message
- Work starts at 6am at the beginning (morning shift)
Qualifications
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in Indonesian (mother tongue)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Completed university studies is highly appreciated
- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email etc.

Relationships
The reservation assistant reports directly to the management.
